We were asked to provide daily fulfilment of orders as well as ensure the comprehensive inventory is managed to match their eCommerce portal stock levels.

Provide full time storage and management of 1800+ inventory SKUs
Process daily online orders via API integration with clients eCommerce portal
Provide a full transparent ordering process including warehouse reporting and best freight rate volume options (daily)
Provide a client services model that mirrors the client organisation structure
In our first year we fulfilled over 6000 orders and reduced stock write down, significantly saving thousands. Our full barcoding of SKUs reduced the pick error to 0.3% rate, resulting in a 99.7% accuracy. The processing of orders for lodgement is typically within 3 business days / 72 hrs of order placement.
