Our objectives for this job are:
Optimise container receipt with ability to flex from 2 per week to 6 per week in peak periods
Ensure a 72 hour turnaround time from receipt of stock to despatch
Barcode all SKUs and maximise inventory management
Provide client services with experience of industry and company
So far, we’ve been able to flex from a baseline of 1 container per week to peak period of 8-10 without any loss of service. Our team meets the KPI turnaround 99% of the time, and we’ve introduced electronic tracking and tracing for all SKU’s held in the warehouse.
